YHS Athletic Hall of Fame Fundraiser, Huge Success!
On September 6, 2024, the York High School Athletic Hall of Fame hosted a golf tournament at Cape Neddick Country Club. This year’s Nine & Unwind Tourney was a hit, featuring team prizes for best score, closest to the pin, and straightest drive. After golf, participants enjoyed a barbecue lunch, live music by Jerry Short, and an impressive raffle! Prizes included gift cards from Coastal Fitness, York River Landing, Ruby’s Wood Fired Grill, York Beach Beer Company, SoMe Brewing, Definitive Brewing, Fat Tomato, Sherwin Williams, The Sweet Spot (at CNCC), Ready Seafood, Seacoast Pickle Ball, Yummies, Corner Point Brewing, Coastal Maine Popcorn and Williams Realty Partners. Additional prizes included a Srixon hat and Travelers flag signed by Keegan Bradley, a Cleveland golf bag and putter courtesy of CNCC, four rounds with cart at York Golf & Tennis Club, and a golf lesson with Kailey Coleman (CNCC).
